Each of our Book Publishing Packages includes your choice of cover art. You may supply us with your own Cover Artwork (following the specifications on the sidebar) or you may choose one of the cover templates below.

The cover templates below are as they appear in trade paperback format. Please note that the hardcover dust jackets using the same templates, arrange the cover elements slightly differently. For example, the author photo appears on the inside back flap of the hardcover dust jacket, while the author photo appears on the back cover of the trade paperback.

The Jump Start Package is limited to the Basic Templates only as displayed with edited text.

Author Supplied Cover Art:

 ♦

Supplied cover images must be 300 dpi minimum JPEG or PDF files in CYMK mode
 ♦Front and back cover must be .25" bigger than the finished size of the book all around. (So, a 5.25" x 8.25" book requires front cover art that is 5.5" x 8.5" and back cover art that is 5.5" x 8.5)
 ♦Your cover artwork should “bleed” all the way to the edge of the cover
 ♦Please be sure to leave adequate margins to allow the edges to be trimmed off (3/8" on each edge)
 ♦The front and back of your book cover should sent as two separate JPEG or PDF files
 ♦Please leave a space 2" wide by 1.5" tall on the back cover for the bar code
 ♦Cover Artwork should be submitted to us after your have submitted your manuscript
 ♦When you are finished please zip the file and email it to or call us or send it to us via WeTransfer www.wetransfer.com 
 ♦After you submit your front and back cover artwork our Graphics Department will be in contact with you regarding the spine specifications

Cover Art Templates:
♦Your choice of cover template is included in your Book Publishing Package

You may supply us with one image that can be inserted onto the cover template for no additional charge
♦
You may also supply us with an author photo for no additional charge.

Supplied images must be 300 dpi

You will need to provide us with the back cover text and author biography for the cover
